Located on the ground level of the Village Square with a stoned paved terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the 9th hole of the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, Pithari Tavern offers excellent outdoor views of the Amphitheatre and the sea. The décor is rustic, reminding of an old “Archontiko” and gives the impression of a Mediterranean island village tavern by the sea.
Pithari Tavern offers guests the opportunity to taste authentic island cookery and serves traditional tavern-type food in either the meze or the à la carte variation. The menu consists of a variety of Greek and Cypriot meat and fish dishes prepared in accordance with authentic recipes.
The restaurant also features themed nights such as the Cyprus meze night and Greek island fish night with authentic live music, complemented by traditional local dances, either indoors or outdoors.
The tavern has 75 seats indoors and 65 seats outdoors on the terrace for sit down dining.
