Conceived and developed as a cool place to eat, relax, chat and read, L’Atelier Brasserie features books, magazines and newspapers for clients – the design of the space is minimalist, chic and sleek – an al fresco venue that combines cherry wood floors and pure white furniture with splashes of fuchsia and red complementing the décor and adding a "feel good" factor.

To Start With:
- Les asperges blanches sur la brioche grillée (steamed white asparagus and grilled brioche, hollandaise)
- Tourte de volaille aux escargots de bourgogne (tarte of turkey and snails, mixed herb salad, chanterelles mushrooms)
For Main Course:
- Moules marinières et pomme frites (mussels in cream and hand-cut chips)
- Carre d’agneaux et gratin dauphinois au thym (carre of lamb and dauphinoise, shallot puree and thyme jus)
Desserts:
- Crème brulée aux épices et framboise du jardin (sweet spiced brulée with raspberries and honey)
- Larme d’amour aux deux chocolats (white chocolate mousse and crispy dark cocoa)
French born and raised Chef Jean-Philippe is a graduate from the Ecole des Métiers de la Table and has a 10 year career working in various restaurants in Paris and London including restaurant and private member’s club Boisdale.
L’Atelier Brasserie is situated in the Village Square at the Aphrodite Hills Resort.
