Asian Corner now open at Aphrodite Hills

Asian Corner offers a combination of Sushi delicacies and Chinese specialities featuring recipes which use fresh ingredients from Asia. Prepared by a Sushi Master and the Chinese Head Chef, the Asian Corner offers a large selection of fresh oysters, Sushi, Sashimi, Maki, Temaki and signature Chinese main courses including "Bao Lamb" Stir Fried Lamb filet with leeks and Cumin sauce and "Jin Jo Style" beef with green chili in Oyster and black Pepper sauce.

The restaurant itself is al fresco with an open and airy atmosphere and the décor is modern and stylish with Asian influences throughout.  Color schemes are vibrant, blending dark wood with rich reds and dark browns and traditional Buddha statues create an oriental atmosphere. 

At the helm of the Asian Corner is the Sushi Master Chong Kok Leong who brings a vast experience from Malaysia, Switzerland, Japan and Egypt while his latest posting was at Le Meridien Hotel in Dubai.
 
The Head Chef of the Chinese Menu is Zhou Liang, a young chef with a passion for Chinese cuisine. Zhou’s previous position was at the InterContinental Dubai and he also worked at the famous China Club restaurant which last year was voted as the best Chinese restaurant in Dubai.

The Asian Corner is open every day (except Wednesday) between 6:00 pm-11:00 pm.
