Secret Garden opens at Retreat Spa gardens

Aphrodite Hills is pleased to announce the opening of the Secret Garden restaurant. Located at the Retreat Spa gardens with access through the Village Square, the Secret Garden is a hot rock theme restaurant, meaning that the guests are presented with a ceramic plate with a hot granite rock on top where they can cook and eat their own food.

The menu comprises of four appetizers, five main courses with top quality Angus Beef and five desserts. Diners can choose from the likes of:

To Start With:

• Chicken and spinach salad (chopped spinach with grilled chicken breast, avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, croutons with roasted pepper vinaigrette)
• Secret garden salad (a mixture of garden fresh lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and artichokes served with parma ham and ricotta chees topped with a yoghurt and garlic dressing)

For Main Course:

• Four peppered certified Angus Beef sirloin 200 g (Accompanied with Spanish onion marmalade and cream pepper sauce)
• Salmon steak (Fresh Salmon steak marinated in mixed citrus juice served with fondant potatoes and Hollandaise sauce)

Desserts:

• Home made chocolate cake
• Fresh seasonal fruit platter

The restaurant will have forty covers and will be open from 7:30-10:30 pm every day except Wednesdays. Please note that due to its nature, the restaurant can accept guests of 12 years old and older.
