About the Academy

The Annabel Croft Tennis Academy was founded in 2009 in London, England with a programme of just over 30 players at the National Tennis Centre. Now this programme has expanded to a programme delivering tennis to over 1000 players in a year and a team of over 14 professional coaches currently coaching to the Annabel Croft tennis philosophy.

The academy is headed by the current TV tennis presenter Annabel Croft, who has drawn on her 35 years of experience both as a player (British No.1 & World Ranking No.21) and in the media to develop a coaching method that is challenging, highly enjoyable and ultimately very rewarding. Annabel launched the academies philosophy by ensuring small coaching groups, delivering core content through high energy movement drills and adding good tactical advice in rally situations.

Annabel’s  key aim is that all players enjoy their tennis, have sound technique and understanding of the game and are inspired to keep playing tennis for many years to come.
