Lanitis Development Public Ltd was founded in 1990 and was listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange between 2002 to 2007. In Sept. 2007, RREEF, a member of Deutsche Bank, acquired 75% of the shares of Lanitis Development through a joint venture with the Lanitis Group.
