Day Care Activities

Aphrodite Hills offers a number of excellent activities and facilities for the whole family to enjoy. Please see below for our current services on offer:

The Resort offers a babysitting service to all Resort residents. Baby cots, early meals for children and special children’s menus are available on request; high chairs can also be provided at meal times.

For Hotel residents, the cost is charged to the room as an extra charge. Residents staying in rental properties must pay the babysitter in full on completion of the service.

Babysitting may only take place in the guest's Hotel room or rental property, unless otherwise authorized by the guest. However, it cannot take place out of the Hotel or Resort public areas. Also, please note that babysitting needs to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. There is a €25.00 cancellation fee if the service is cancelled in less than 24 hours.

The Crèche Facility is available for infants from the ages of 6 months to 35 months. It is situated at the Pirates Village, and is open from Monday to Sunday from 10.00am to 6.00pm, with a break between 1.00pm and 2.00pm. The Crèche has an hourly rate, payable at the Crèche when dropping off your child. Please enquire with the Staff at the Crèche Facility or the Hotel Reception for further information regarding the rates.

An exciting Toddlers Session with mum and/or dad and toddler takes place every day at the Resort during July and August. We offer a variety of activities which include breakfast with Disney characters, building a sand castle, toddler’s pool activities, dance time, nature walks and much more.   

The Pirates Village is located in the Village Square, at the Resort. A daily fun packed programme is available, in which all children can participate, giving parents the free time to unwind and enjoy the Resort. Parents can play a round of golf or take a Spa treatment with the peace of mind that their children are in a safe and fun environment.

Children can participate in a creative selection of exciting, fun activities and be entertained throughout their holiday. The Club also offers a fantastic opportunity for kids to join their friends for lunch, snacks and even dinner! A specialized kid's menu is available for you to order their meals.

Health and safety is the Hotel’s top priority, so it is very important to emphasize that all the children’s entertainers are highly qualified and fully experienced in childcare and are all English and Greek speaking. Please note that children need to be escorted and signed in by a parent/guardian, in order to be accepted into the Pirates Village.

The Pirates Village is open through-out the year, from 10.00am till 6.00pm from Sunday till Friday and from 10.00am till 10.00pm on Saturdays. During the high season, such as half term holidays, Christmas, Easter and Summer Holiday periods, the Pirates Village is open seven days a week from 10.00am to 10.00pm. There is a one hour lunch break at 1.00pm and a one hour dinner break from 6.00pm. All children are required to be over the age of 3 years and to be fully potty trained, so as to participate in the Pirates Village activities. Children under the age of 35 months may join in the activities in the Crèche Facility at the Pirates Village.

The Grotto Fun Club has been created especially for teenagers aged 13 - 17 years old and it is a really cool place for them to enjoy their holiday! It has been specially designed with teenagers in mind. The X-teen Programme offers a variety of fun themed games and fast action sporting activities.

Boys can spend their afternoons playing football, basketball and volleyball, whilst girls can style their hair, paint their nails and even design their own items of clothing. The Hip Hop dance class and modelling lessons are always popular, as are water polo and the swimming pool games. Evenings are always fun at the Grotto Teens Club, where both boys and girls can chill out and watch a movie, listen to music, join in the disco or play the array of arcade games on offer.

During the low season, the Grotto Fun Club is open only on Saturdays from 2.00pm to 10.00pm. In high season, such as half-term holidays, Christmas, Easter and Summer Holiday periods, the Grotto Teens Club is open seven days a week from 2.00pm to 10.00pm.
