Aphrodite Hills Property Management delivers quality support services to a wide choice of property types and structures. We combine the knowledge with the precise administration and this particular combination enables us to provide a responsive service that addresses the specific demands of the sector.

Property Administration

• Appointment of individual property supervisor.
• Initial inventory check (full inventory, preferably at your presence).
• Monthly inspection.
• Reception and key service in accordance with owner’s authorization; weekly occupancy list circulated to staff for supervision purposes.
• Monthly account statement for services rendered on resort.
• Additional optional: Monthly report following inspection of property (checks for internal/external structural problems, leaks, humidity, condition of furniture); airing.

Housekeeping/Maid Services

• Service available as package deals: Arrival Clean (day before arrival), Mid-Stay Clean (day specified by owner), Departure Clean (day after departure), Changeover Clean (Day of arrival/Day before arrival).
• Cleaning of property charged per hour, as per owner’s specifications.

General Repair/Maintenance

Our comprehensive Maintenance Check involves an inspection of all items as detailed on the following pages. You decide how frequently you require this service.
A checklist is completed which specifies any problems and records either repair details or if awaiting conclusion.

• Maintenance (building works, plumbing, electrical repairs, air-conditioning maintenance, central heating maintenance, painting).
• Inspection of property (arrival check and departure lock-up: hot water provision, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating and air-conditioning, set clocks, lock up property).

In the event of a repair being above the limit, we will contact you to advice you of the fault. Where the fault allows, digital photographs can immediately be e-mailed to you. Estimates can then be obtained upon your request. In any case, for all the above repairs will only be undertaken following your authorization to proceed.

Garden Maintenance

If you would like to create a new garden, upgrade your existing one and make sure that it always looks great throughout the year then look no further. For new gardens, our highly skilled gardening team will discuss your need and provide you with ideas to choose from. Then, the maintenance service will make sure that your garden always remains in top shape throughout the year.

Home Improvement

• Quotations for interior decoration, installation of electrical appliances and air-conditioning, upgrading of kitchens or bathrooms, carpeting, curtain-making, re-upholstery, carpentry.
• Supervision to guarantee work is of acceptable standard.
• Arranging payment.

Pool Cleaning & Maintenance

Our pool cleaning and equipment maintenance service aims to keep your pool in immaculate condition. The service carried out two times per week between May-September and once a week between October-April, as follows:

• Cleaning of pool walls and floor.
• Checking of pump, pump filter, skimmers and water levels.
• Maintenance of correct pH and cleanliness levels.
• Vacuuming of pool floor and cleaning of pool surface.
• Cleaning of pump house.

Note: The cleaning service includes the chemicals and the equipment maintenance includes replacement of seal, bearings, impeller, filter sand, plant broom fittings and valve seals.

Dry Cleaning/Laundry

Dry cleaning, steam cleaning and cleaning of curtains, rugs, clothes, linen and towels.

Welcome Food Parcels

Food parcels ordered and delivered prior to guest arrival.

• Standard: This package includes bread, sugar, fresh milk, cheese, butter, honey, orange juice, water, jam, tea, coffee, and cereals
• Executive: This package includes bread, sugar, milk, cheese, halloumi, eggs, butter, orange juice, water, jam, honey, tea, coffee, one bottle of red wine and white wine, cereal, biscuits, crisps, beer and soft drinks.
• Luxury: This includes all the above plus champagne, sparkling water and a bouquet of flowers.

We are also happy to deliver tailored made food packages.

Security Service

Burglar alarms and extra security service can be employed upon request, even though 24-hour emergency service is available at the resort.

Inventory Checks

Additional inventory checks are available upon request. It is common to use this service before and after guests occupy the property.

Pest Control

This service (elimination of mosquitoes, rats, coach roaches, spiders, ants, bugs and other insects) is available upon request. Recommended to be done twice per year.

Kitchen/Bathroom Equipment and Linen/Towels Packages     
This service is designed to offer owners peace of mind by saving them the trip to various different shops to acquire the necessary equipment. We strongly recommend this service to those owners contemplating on letting the property; our suppliers are offering our clients preferential prices and any item damaged can be easily replaced without any complications.

Call Out Charge           
A member of the Aphrodite Hills Property Management team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is recommended that you call only call us in case of emergency, as call out charge applies outside of office hours.

Interior design and Home Furnishing    
In addition to the wide range of services we offer, Aphrodite Hills Property Management can also help you with the interior design, fixtures and fittings and soft furnishings at your villa or apartment. Our suppliers are offering our clients preferential prices. We offer free consultation and written quotations upon request.

Digital Photography

If your property is currently under construction, we are able to e-mail you progress photographs taken at stages of the build at requested intervals. This would be a minimum of six photographs (subject to access).

Audio Visual and Automations
A team of experts are bringing together audio, television, lighting, telephone and communications, data networks and other bespoke systems into a unified solution. Our specialists give our clients’ integrated systems that provide them with entertainment, communication, comfort and security, ensuring their homes is ready for the future. Specialized activities: Lighting control, Home automation and audio visual systems including Home cinema, Professional sound, satellite and distribution systems.

Replacement of Gas Bottles
A number of properties at Aphrodite Hills Resort have gas ovens or barbecues. Aphrodite Hills Property Management can organize for replacement gas bottles to be either collected from our offices, or delivered to your villa or apartment, if necessary, for a small charge.
