Four villas now on the 5% Premium Rental plan

Aphrodite Hills is delighted to announce that four exclusive villas due for delivery in June 2008 have now been chosen to participate in our highly successful rental guarantee plan. By participating in this optional plan, owners can enjoy a minimum rental guarantee of 5% per annum on the purchase price (net of VAT) for the first two years.

Key Features of the Plan

• A minimum 5% return on investment is guaranteed for the first 2 years.
• All villas will be fully furnished, fitted, landscaped, serviced and maintained to high standards without charge for the entire period.
• Free use of the properties by owners for 6 weeks per year.
• 30-year low interest mortgage in Euro, Swiss Francs or Cyprus pounds with up to 2 year interest and payment holiday (other financing also available).
• Ability to withdraw from the plan if for the two consecutive years following the first two years of the plan, income return is less than 50% of the guaranteed return
• The payments for both the first two years and the remaining three years will be calculated and distributed at the end of each year.
• Ownership privileges concerning the resort facilities are not affected by this plan and apply as usual.
