» How do I make a rental reservation?
Rental reservations can be made easily directly on our website. You can to view availability and prices for all properties in real time. All online bookings are confirmed and guaranteed and you can select the property that best suits your tastes. To guarantee your rental reservation, we require your credit card information. Your card will be charged with the full amount of the reservation and you will receive an automated email with the confirmation details after the transaction is completed. Special requests can be made in the "Comments" field while making your reservation, and will be confirmed and charged separately.

» What does property ownership mean in Cyprus and how does it work?
Ownership in Cyprus generally means freehold title-that is “owning property in perpetuity”. Transfer of ownership from vendors to purchaser is undertaken by a simple procedure through the Cyprus Land Registry Office, either by the buyer in person or by appointing a third party with a Power of Attorney. In the case of non-Cypriots, a prerequisite of registration is evidence that the buyer has obtained permission from the Council of Ministers. However, this permission is granted more or less as a matter of course to all bona fide purchasers and it especially hassle-free for all EU citizens.

For reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the expected arrival, or during the guest's stay, the full amount of accommodation concerned will be charged.

Yes! Aphrodite Hills Rentals is a sister company to all entities operating within the resort. Thus, we have made arrangements that allow our guests to receive discounts for golf, spa, and restaurants (both at the Village Square and the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel). Currently, guests are entitled to 20% off golf, 10% off at The Retreat Spa and a 10% off at all restaurants. There is considerable flexibility in the size of rooms and internal layout, provided this fits within the planning regulations. Building density cannot exceed 10% of the land area as Aphrodite Hills is an environmentally sensitive area where special specifications apply. Only minor changes can be made to the external appearance of the properties as far as they do not affect the design concept of the villa and the resort in general. Changes to the finishes and materials can be effected as far as this is technically possible.

There is no necessity for a non-Cypriot owning real estate in Cyprus to hold a permanent Residence Permit under the law. For EU citizens there are no restrictions. However, application for permanent residence for non EU citizens is also easy to obtain once the applicant fulfils certain requirements. To apply for permanent residence, an application needs to be completed and proof should be provided that the applicants and their family are self-supporting.

» What are the payment terms for purchasing real estate?
Current Payment Terms are as follows:
- Building Plots: 100% on Signing
- Construction of Villa:
- 25% of the of the villa purchase price payable on signing of the Contract of Sale.
- 25% of the villa purchase price payable six months from signing the Contract of Sale.
- 25% of the villa purchase price payable twelve months from signing the Contract of Sale.
- 25% balance of the villa on delivery (up to 24 months from signing)
- Apartments and Townhouses at Theseus Village:
- Phase 1:
- 100% of the purchase price payable on signing of the Contract of Sale.
- Phase 2:
- 40% of the purchase price payable on signing of the Contract of Sale.
- 60% of the purchase price payable on delivery but not later than December 30, 2008.

Yes, there are car hire companies having special agreements with the resort. When making your reservation, please inform the hotel that you need car hire and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

» What is the resort's pet policy?
Guide dogs are allowed in all areas. All other pets must be controlled by means of a leash and all mess created by the pet must be cleaned and disposed of by the owners. Pets are not allowed to enter the golf course at any time.
