BREAKFAST

Buffet breakfast at Eleonas Restaurant.

DINNER

Choose from a themed buffet at Eleonas Restaurant, a special set menu (with different choices), or at the Anoi Pub, and Mesogios Restaurant (not all restaurants will be operating on a daily basis, and prior reservation is required 24hrs in advance).

BEVERAGES

A selection of local mineral water, soft drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine (selected house brands) with your meal, as well as at the Carob Lounge and Anoi Pub (17:00-24:00 times vary by outlet). All drinks are served by the glass (mini bar items are not included).
Local/international spirits (selected house brands), including gin, vodka, and regular whisky will be available at the Carob Lounge, and Anoi Pub (17:00-24:00 times vary by outlet). All drinks are served by the glass (mini bar items are not included).

Full All Inclusive (Available in October 2013 & April 2014 only):

LUNCH

A special set menu (with different choices), at any of our Ifestos Restaurant, Zimi Restaurant , Club House, Ladi & Rigani, and Zias Beach Club (not all restaurants will be operating on a daily basis, and prior reservation is recommended 24hrs in advance).

SNACKS

Daytime waffles, crepes, and ice creams will be served daily at the Pool Area (11:00-18:00). At Zias Beach Club there will be a selection of sweets, and ice cream (11:00-16:00). Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes daily at the Carob Lounge (16:00-18:00).

DINNER:

For the all inclusive, dinner may also be consumed at our Zimi Restaurant, Pithari Taverna (not all restaurants will be operating on a daily basis, and prior reservation is required 24hrs in advance).

BEVERAGES

For the beverages your drinks (selection of local mineral water, soft drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine - selected house brands) can also be consumed from the Pool Bar and Zias Beach Club and applicable times for the Full All Inclusive are: 09:00-24:00 (times vary by outlet).
Local/international spirits (selected house brands), including gin, vodka, and regular whisky will be available at the Carob Lounge, and Anoi Pub (18:00-24:00). All drinks are served by the glass (mini bar items are not included).

NOTES:

All drinks are served by the glass. Bottled beverages and special drinks are subject to extra charges. The All Inclusive package ends at 12:00 hours on day of departure. Dress code applies in bars and restaurants – men must wear long trousers and closed shoes for all restaurants in the evenings. Guests must produce their all inclusive identity card to receive all inclusive benefits. Vouchers are not transferable and will be cancelled in the event of a no-show. For accommodation cancelled within 7 days before the arrival of the clients, the Golf Pro agrees to pay to the HOTEL cancellation charges amounting to the value of three (3) days of the reserved accommodation on bed/breakfast terms. In case of a “No Show”, full stay cancellation charges apply. This policy applies to the individual traveller, leisure, golf and tennis groups.

Golf Professional Booking Information Guide

Booking Tee times:

For group bookings, the most important objective is to book the required tee times for maximum number of participants. From the time of confirmation the Golf Reservations will follow up, starting around 6 weeks in advance, to monitor sales with the Professional to see if any decreases of tee times are required according to how sales are going. Communication is very important so as not to oversell, or undersell & hold unrequired tee times that may be in demand from other clients.

* In order to book tee times we just need to know:

Aphrodite Hills has a handicap restriction of 28 for men / 36 for ladies, and any players with handicaps higher than this restriction are subject to approval by management.

Booking Practice Facilities:

Please kindly be advised that if Practice Facility requirements are not reserved in advance and the practice facilities are busy upon arrival, then reserved groups will take priority & space will be subject to availability. The facilities available for reservation are as follows:

NB: there is also a putting green available for use, however this cannot be reserved because it is always open for public us.
