Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee
Every reservation booked through an Aphrodite Hills web site is guaranteed to have the lowest rate publicly available on the internet or Aphrodite Hills will match a lower rate under the following conditions:
The Aphrodite Hills Lowest Internet Guarantee applies to the following
a)
hotel accommodation at the InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel
b) accommodation in one of the
holiday apartments or
holiday villas that are managed by
Aphrodite Hills Holiday Rentals
c) any of the services that are available for online booking on this web site
For accommodation: If you find an available rate on a competing web site that is lower than the lowest rate shown on the search at Aphrodite Hills web site, Aphrodite Hills will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount off the lower rate found upon its verification by Aphrodite Hills.
For other online bookable services: If you find an available rate on a competing web site that is lower than the lowest rate shown on the search at Aphrodite Hills web site, Aphrodite Hills will honor that rate for the service for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount off the lower rate found upon its verification by Aphrodite Hills.
If a lower rate is found on a third party web site, but is lower due to the currency exchange rate and/or rounding applied on the third party web site, the Guarantee does not apply.
For purposes of this Guarantee, "rate" does not include any taxes (unless otherwise noted), tariffs or fees imposed by any governmental authority (e.g., country, state or local) on either Aphrodite Hills or the guest for the duration of the guest's occupancy. Rates being compared to determine if Guarantee applies must both either be with taxes included, or without taxes included.
For the purpose of the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee, a competing web site is defined as a web site that is not owned by Aphrodite Hills Resort
Rooms or services on the other web site must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
Lower rate found must be for the same accommodation type (i.e. Hotel room cannot be compared to a Holiday Villa), same room or property type (i.e. 3 Bed Junior Villa with Communal Pool vs 3 bed Junior Villa with Private Pool), for the same type of services offered and for the same dates.
If a lower rate is found on a third party web site, but is lower due to the currency exchange rate and/or rounding applied on the third party web site, the Guarantee does not apply.
Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the resort with corporations, members of the Golf Club, government, Tour Operators, Travel Agencies or any other tourism industry intermediary, and these include membership hip rates (e.g. AAA, Entertainment Card, Industry Rates), corporate rates, government rates, promotional rates, Tour Operator or travel agency rates; only publicly available rates apply.
To use this Guarantee, you must advise Aphrodite Hills within 24 hours of booking your room or service by faxing the competed
claim form at +357 26 828001 or by sending an email with all information to

An example of how the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee works:
Step 1: View the Terms & Conditions and then book a two night's stay at the lowest available rate for a 2 bedroom apartment with communal pool that Aphrodite Hills Holiday Rentals manages, on the official Aphrodite Hills website for a rate of €200.00.
Step 2: Within 24 hours, you find a rate of €150.00 through another web site for the same nights and same room type, same number bed(s), same services offered.
Step 3: Contact Aphrodite Hills to claim the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee. Not sure if you are eligible? Call +357 26 828000 and you will be redirected to the relevant department for more information.
Step 4: Assuming your Aphrodite Hills web site booking is confirmed and the lower rate is available and bookable via a competing web site, the Guest Relations team will modify your room rate to €135 to uphold our Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee policy! That's 10% better than the lower rate you reported.
Step 5: Stay, content in the knowledge that you have booked the lowest Internet rate available for your room.
LOWEST INTERNET RATE GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The competing rate must also be for the same number of guests.
The type of room or service for which the application of the Guarantee is sought must be the same type of room as booked or same type of service on the Aphrodite Hills web site.
For Holiday Villas, the property that was booked must be managed by Aphrodite Hills Property Management Ltd (Holiday Rentals). In case a lowest rate is found on other websites for properties that are not also managed by AHPM (Holiday Rentals), the Guarantee does not apply.
Guest must have a confirmed reservation confirmation number.
Guarantee does not include web sites or rates where prepaid rates are opaque and the property is unspecified until payment is made.
For purposes of this guarantee, a package is defined as being an offer that bundles travel with hotel such as: airfare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental, or similar packages. Guarantee will not apply to the room component (if rate is published) of a package sold on another web site, and such rate may not be compared to the lowest room only rate on the Aphrodite Hills web site.
Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations, membership rates (e.g., AAA, Entertainment Card, Industry Rates), government rates, promotional rates or travel agency rates; only publicly available rates apply.
In the case of a booking made for the InterContinental Hotel, the number of Priority Club® points to be awarded to Priority Club Rewards members will be based on the rate actually paid by the guest at check-out.
Only one 10% discount per night regardless of the number of lower rates found.
