Villa 85, a three bedroom, 3 bathroom property, is amongst the few “Superior Villas”, which are within walking distance of the village square, where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants, children’s play area, golf clubhouse, tennis and football academies and spa.

You enter the villa into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, is comfortably furnished with three-seater sofa and extra armchairs, there is also a TV and a stereo system for your enjoyment. The dining area boasts a modern glass top table with comfy chairs and among the basic appliances there is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and electric oven and hob.

Two patio door on the ground level open onto a large covered patio area with relaxing furniture and matching table and chairs for those who prefer to dine outside as well as a outside lounge space. On this level you find the first of the 3 bedrooms which is a twin room, which can be arranged as a Double Bed with a Zip & lock System, with a bathroom featuring a shower cubicle, single vanity sink and toilet next to it.

Stairs lead to the second floor where you find the remaining two bedrooms. The master bedroom features two single beds (Zip & Lock), that can be set as a Double Bed, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, single vanity sink and toilet. Finally, the patio doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking the back garden and pool terrace. The second bedroom features another Zip & Lock bed that can be arranged as a double or twin upon request with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, single vanity sink and toilet next to it.

Outside the 10M x 5M swimming pool* with roman steps, is surrounded by terraces offering ample room for sunbathing and a large lawned area with a beautiful garden of indigenous shrubs and trees, ideal for children and adults alike.

Both the swimming pool terrace and first-floor balcony offer beautiful views to the sparkling sea in the distance, a perfect place to watch the sunset after a relaxing day basking in the Cypriot sunshine.
