VACANCY: Golf Proshop Assistant

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all clients entering the Golf Reception in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the input of last-minute golf reservations via the reservations systems
  • Stay up to date with the latest rates, procedures, and special offers.
  • Assist in upselling to the local market.
  • Answer all phone lines into the Golf Reception using a phone managing software in a timely manner.
  • Updating and maintaining the retail stock displays and stores.
  • Assisting clients with retail items, retail sales and upselling the products.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Valid driving license

VACANCY: Guest Service Agent

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests.
  • Escorting guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information.
  • Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Manage customers order entries.
  • Maintain a database that comprises customers’ details, reservation dates, and other essential information.
  • Manage and update guests and Tour Operator bills
  • Perform general administration tasks.
  • Works closely with all members in Front Desk and other departments.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Extensive experience using MS office software
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills
  • Be flexible with working hours.
  • The candidates must have driving license

 


VACANCY: Golf Operation Services Officer

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Daily running of the caddy master reception, garage, hire items, bag storage and staging area.
  • Manage golfers on and off the golf course whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Ensure golfers on the course and practice areas are following the course etiquette and pace of play, as per company guidelines.
  • Meet and greet all clients entering the premises.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the tour operators and clients experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest rates internal procedures and keep all files up to date with the relevant information.
  • Handling customer complaints and passing the information to the appropriate person/s.
  • Answer all phone lines into the caddy master reception using a phone managing software.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English, spoken.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office.

VACANCY: Inspection Quality Controller

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties in the rental program prior to the arrival and after the departure of the guests.
  • Checking and follow up of any issues related with maintenance/pool/gardening/housekeeping and health & safety)
  •  Preparation of inventories for new Rentals properties.
  • Assisting with the transporting of property furniture/outdoor furniture and other items between the properties and storerooms.
  • Ad hoc duties for Guest Services/Reception (related to property inventory)
  • Taking welcome food parcels to properties, as per arrival procedures.
  • Taking all electricity readings for Rentals property arrivals and departures
  • Fixing IPTV equipment and installations for guest arrivals.
  • Assisting with delivery of communal pool umbrellas/sunbeds according to seasonal demand.
  • Assisting with inspection annually of all Rentals properties according to Rentals minimum requirements procedure.

  • Pose strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

VACANCY: Lifeguard

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
  • Inspect facilities and report any unsafe conditions
  • Responsible for monitoring the assigned area, provide instructions and prevent accidents.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year lifeguard experience
  • A valid first aid and CPR certification and a current certification as a lifeguard by a recognised institution are required
  • English and Greek Speaking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions

VACANCY: Kids Club Attendant

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for the children.
  • Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club’s child activity services.
  • Offer a full, varied, innovative, and targeted calendar of activities and events for the children.
  • Maintain the facility and equipment/supplies to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Participate in everyday activities such as organizing arts and crafts time, leading games, reading stories, and singing songs.
  • Promote the club’s youth programs and activities.
  • Assist parents in program registration and discuss any behavioral issues of child.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree childcare or a related qualification
  • Proven experience in a childcare role
  • First aid certificate will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

VACANCY: Customer Service Agent

Position Summary:

Represents the Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determines a guests reservation status and identifies how long guest will stay. Works closely with all members in the Front Desk, reservations, housekeeping, inspection team, kids club and maintenance department. Must be sales minded. The Customer Service Agent (Receptionist) will be responsible for the smooth operation service of the customers, handling customers’ requests, escorting guests to their accommodation and providing information. Customer Care Agent (Receptionist) will have the opportunity to join an excellent team and work in a friendly and stable environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Enthusiastic personality and be reliable and responsible.
