VACANCY: Golf Proshop Assistant


  • Meeting and greeting all clients entering the Golf Proshop in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the input of last-minute golf reservations via the CSS reservations systems (Reservations/Spa).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the client’s experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest rates, procedures, and special offers.
  • Assist in upselling to the local market.
  • Answer all phone lines into the Golf Proshop using a phone managing software in a timely manner.
  • Updating and maintaining the retail stock displays and stores.
  • Assisting clients with retail items, retail sales and upselling the products.



  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.
  • Strong skills involving problem solving.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

VACANCY: Reservations Officer (Hotel)

We are seeking to recruit a Reservations Officer to join our highly successful Team at Aphrodite Hills Hotel by Atlantica Hotels in Paphos, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate recording and processing of all reservations and maximisation of room revenue through pro-active selling techniques. The Reservations Officer will actively liaise with all external clients.


  • The Reservations Officer must ensure a consistently high standard of Customer Service and follow the guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures of the department.
  • To have a complete knowledge of the Resort facilities (Hotel, Golf, Spa, Tennis) and the Hotel Room types; to be able to answer guest queries promptly and in a knowledgeable manner.
  • To receive, process and confirm guest room reservations made by/for clients over the phone, by email or fax etc.
  • To have a complete knowledge of the Reservations System.
  • To inform the Direct Manager of any special requests, VIP reservations and guest complaints encountered.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English languages. An additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communicational and organisational skills, interpersonal relationship with customers and the team.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, energetic and able to work under pressure and within time limits.


VACANCY: Reservations Officer (Holiday Residences)


  • To deal efficiently with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ enquiries
  • To ensure that all reservations are recorded following procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly into the system
  • To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell
  • To liaise with clients and partners in a professional manner building rapport and creating professional relationships
  • To exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the guest
  • To liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. Promotes goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees


  • Education in Hospitality or a related field Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries
  • Customer-service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Greek language
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

VACANCY: Customer Service Agent

Position Summary:

Represents the Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determines a guests reservation status and identifies how long guest will stay. Works closely with all members in the Front Desk, reservations, housekeeping, inspection team, kids club and maintenance department. Must be sales minded. The Customer Service Agent (Receptionist) will be responsible for the smooth operation service of the customers, handling customers’ requests, escorting guests to their accommodation and providing information. Customer Care Agent (Receptionist) will have the opportunity to join an excellent team and work in a friendly and stable environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Enthusiastic personality and be reliable and responsible.

  • Να διαθέτει την ικανότητα να εργάζεται και να αποδίδει σε απαιτητικό
