VACANCY: Technician 

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects, work orders, and service / support requests, with the goal of technical problem solving and work completion.
  • Respond to and complete service / support requests relating to customer need in their facilities on existing installations and installations in progress when applicable.
  • Communicate the results of problem resolution, customer requests, and overall status of the request in the form of written and electronic means of documentation.
  • Record and retain time tracking information relating to assignments.
  • Maintain competency and a working understanding of products and services offered.

VACANCY: Lifeguard

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
  • Inspect facilities and report any unsafe conditions
  • Responsible for monitoring the assigned area, provide instructions and prevent accidents

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years lifeguard experience
  • A valid first aid and CPR certification and a current certification as a lifeguard by a recognised institution are required
  • English and Greek Speaking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions

VACANCY: Customer Service Agent

Position Summary:

Represents the Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determines a guests reservation status and identifies how long guest will stay. Works closely with all members in the Front Desk, reservations, housekeeping, inspection team, kids club and maintenance department. Must be sales minded. The Customer Service Agent (Receptionist) will be responsible for the smooth operation service of the customers, handling customers’ requests, escorting guests to their accommodation and providing information. Customer Care Agent (Receptionist) will have the opportunity to join an excellent team and work in a friendly and stable environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organization and strong communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

VACANCY: Golf Greenkeeper

Essential Duties:

  • Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
  • Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
  • Involved with tasks related to course detail
  • Operates walking equipment in mowing greens approaches and tees
  • Assists with golf course set-up procedures
  • Operates utility vehicles
  • Operates riding equipment in mowing fairways and rough
  • Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Manager
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance


  • Any form of previous experience with operating machinery or working in an outdoor environment would be beneficial.

Physical Demands:  

  • Regularly stands, walks, sits, and uses hands. Occasionally climbs or balances; kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lifts to up 25 Kg.


  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Works with machinery with loud noise levels and can occasionally experiences vibrations.
  • Works in an environment where fertilizers and pesticides are applied

VACANCY: Swimming Pool Attendant

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Check pools for dirt and debris on a daily basis and use specialized equipment to extract both.
  • Brush pool floors and walls using sponges, soap and chemicals.
  • Perform vacuuming activities in hard to reach places inside the pool.
  • Clean and disinfect drain pipes to make-certain that no clogs are apparent.
  • Fill pool with water after maintenance activities have been performed and check for appropriate pool chemistry.
  • Mix chemicals in appropriate quantity and pour the concoction into pools
  • Assure that pool water levels are maintained by checking gauges
  • Handle minor fixture adjustments and repairs around the pool.
  • Supervise extensive repair work being performed in the pool or around it.
  • Store pool equipment and tools in a proper manner.
  • Perform maintenance work on hot tubs and Jacuzzis.
  • Perform regular security checks on pool filtration motors and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge of Greek and English language
  • At least 1 year experience in similar position

  • Eu citizen or EU work permit holder



VACANCY: Sales Office Administrator

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • General day-to-day sales office co-ordination and administrative tasks.
  • One of the points of contact for all sales activities relating to Holiday Residences.
  • Work closely with all internal and external collaborators to achieve maximum exposure and assist to co-ordinate all in-house and external sales efforts.
  • Respond to any internal or external sales enquiries via telephone or email.
  • Handle correspondence and contracting with tour operators & travel partners.
  • Liaise between other departments of the resort and partners to provide any sales related assistance, information, and service in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with any press, travel agent or tour operator visits on resort.
  • Work with the eBusiness or Resort Marketing teams for the preparation of Holiday Residences content to increase sales.
  • Assist in any marketing activities, video creation, imagery distribution and marketing collateral.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Higher education graduate (preferably in Tourism)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative or sales role
  • Previous experience in hospitality/ travel & tourism will be considered as advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Outgoing person with strong computer skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of social media channels.
