Andrew is a fully qualified British PGA Professional. He joined the team in 2003 and brought with him a wealth of experience in all aspects of golf operations from previous positions in both the UK and Middle East. Andrew has continued to focus his personal development and is now proud to lead the golf team with more than 40 full-time employees.
Raluca joined Aphrodite Hills Golf in 2010, starting as Sales Executive in the Proshop. Raluca’s management education and her organizational & multitasking skills have soon brought her the Golf Shop Manager position; shortly after, the journey continued to Golf Coordinator position in 2014. Since 2018, Raluca is the proud Golf Operations Manager of Aphrodite Hills Golf, overseeing the daily operations, always looking to improve and enhance our guests experience!
Leontine is originally from Holland and started working at Aphrodite Hills in 2008 in the Golf Division as Golf Sales Manager, promoting Aphrodite Hills Hotel, Aphrodite Hills Residences and Aphrodite Hills Golf.
Hailing from Lancashire in the UK, I came to Cyprus in 2017 with a 20-year background in management and customer service and started working at Aphrodite Hills in 2018.
With a strong passion for the game of golf and devotion to the golf club, I have been promoted to Fleet Manager in 2021 then promoted to Golf Services Supervisor later the same year.
Together with the team will be striving to make Aphrodite Hills a unique and unforgettable experience for all who come here.

Danny Heard became a PGA member in 2003 after excelling in many sports in his teens. He has an impressive playing record and has built a good coaching reputation in Cyprus after moving to Aphrodite Hills in 2009. Along with Giles Johnson he has helped grow the Aphrodite Hills Academy into what it is today, with 4 coaches working on a full-time basis. He believes in treating each pupil as an individual and would like to continue to help golfers of all nations learn the game.
Robert Reynolds started playing golf at the age of 13 and by the age of 18 had turned Professional. During his junior and amateur years, he played golf at Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort and for 3 years in a row was the ‘Junior All island Winner’ and for 2 years was ‘Runner-Up’ in the Cyprus Men’s Open. In 2016 / 2017 Robert joined the British PGA and will be going through his qualifications over the next few years.
At the age of 18 he moved to the UK to pursue a playing career as a Professional Golfer where he played on tour for just over 1 year. In this period of time he also worked in a large European Golf Store as a Club Specialist where he started learning about custom fitting.
Robert’s vision is to complete his PGA Qualifications to become a full time Teaching Professional at Aphrodite Hills Golf, where he hopes to have a long and successful career in Cyprus providing his golfing expertise and knowledge of the game as Player and as a Coach to all of his clients.
