This beautifully refurbished two-bedroom Superior Villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Eastern plateau of Aphrodite Hills. Ideal for families, it offers elegant interiors, air conditioning throughout, and generous outdoor space with a large saltwater pool.

The stylish open-plan living area features a plush corner sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, and a dining area for six. The fully equipped kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, includes modern appliances and all essential amenities.

Both bedrooms are located on one side of the property. The master boasts a walk-in wardrobe with a glass ceiling, a chic double bed, en-suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and French doors opening to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds (zip & lock), fitted wardrobe, and en-suite with walk-in shower.

Outside, enjoy shaded dining and lounge areas under a pergola, a gas BBQ, and a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the 8x4m saltwater overflow pool, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas,perfect for a relaxing escape.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.) 

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.

• All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
