This lovely property is located on the highly desirable Apollo Heights village, where fabulous architecture, luxury and attention to detail shine through. The apartment is located on the first floor and is decorated and furnished in a modern and tasteful style.
The entrance hallway leads through to the open-plan lounge/dining room. Attractively decorated in rich earthy tones of brown, taupe and cream, it features a large corner sofa facing the flat-screen TV. The modern dining table with 6 leather-backed chairs is set by the French doors opening out onto the spacious balcony which is well placed to catch the sun. Looking over the colourful gardens of the Apollo Heights and the immaculate golf course this is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
