This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Junior Villa is located in the sought-after Hestiades Greens complex, offering stunning views of the golf course and distant mountains. Just a short stroll from the Village Square and Golf Clubhouse, it’s the ideal spot for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a garlic press. If dining out is preferred, the Village Square’s restaurants are just five minutes away.

The open-plan living and dining area features leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to the patio and private pool. The dining table seats six and sits beside the well-equipped kitchen.The ground floor includes a twin bedroom (zip & lock) with direct pool access, and a nearby bathroom with shower,also serving as a guest WC.

Upstairs are two additional twin bedrooms (both convertible to doubles), each with ample storage and window shutters. These rooms share a family bathroom with a bath, shower, and vanity unit.

Outdoors, enjoy a private square pool, sun loungers, and a dining area—perfect for soaking up the sun and Cyprus lifestyle.

Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.) 

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.

• 5 hours complimentary access to the Kids Club (3-12yrs), per property for 7 days and more (Pre-booking required).Creche is excluded
• A welcome parcel is provided for stays of 6 nights or less Aphrodite food parcel is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer

• The wood burner located in the lounge area is simply decorative and is NOT operational at any point.
• All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
