Villa Harmonia (AV05)

This five-bedroom Mythos Villa, in Alexander Heights, offers stunning panoramic Mediterranean views and blends luxury with elegant modern design.

The living area features a comfortable corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 10 by French doors overlooking the sea. The sleek white kitchen has dark marble surfaces and all modern appliances.

The ground floor includes a guest WC and a double bedroom with pool access and en-suite shower. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, balcony with sea views, and granite-tiled en-suite with twin basins, bath, and shower. Two twin/double bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and hillside or sea views.

The lower ground floor has a utility room and the fifth bedroom with en-suite.Outside, a large terrace with an outdoor barbecue, shaded dining area, sunbeds, and armchairs surrounds the 10m infinity pool. Family-friendly features include a pool safety barrier and garden swing.

This property also classes as a *child friendly* villa, featuring fitted pool safety barrier, as well as a swing in the garden.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
