Villa Iris (AV06)

Villa Iris is a stunning five-bedroom home in Alexander Heights, part of our top-tier ‘Mythos Collection,’ offering uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

The luxurious, contemporary interiors feature marble floors, unique wooden furniture, and elegant silver and gold accents. The spacious living area opens via French doors to the pool terrace and breathtaking infinity pool.

The dining area has a granite table with signature lighting, leading to a high-end kitchen with a central island and integrated stainless-steel appliances.

The ground floor includes a guest WC and a double bedroom with en-suite and pool access. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a balcony with sea views, a large TV, and a granite-tiled bathroom with twin WC, bath, and shower. Two more double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The lower ground floor houses the fifth bedroom with sitting area and en-suite, plus a laundry and utility room.

Outside, landscaped gardens, a built-in barbecue with a ceramic ‘Green Egg’ grill, shaded veranda, jacuzzi, and walk-in steps pool create the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
