Villa Cypris (AV07)

This stunning five-bedroom Mythos Villa in the prestigious Alexander Heights development offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Designed with luxury and attention to detail, the villa combines elegant modern furnishings with soft fabrics and earthy tones.

The spacious living area features a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and minimal décor. Next to it, a large hardwood dining table seats 10 and sits beside French doors that open to magnificent sea views. The sleek white kitchen boasts dark marble worktops and splashbacks, fully equipped with high-end appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

The ground floor includes a guest WC and the first bedroom, a double with French doors opening to the pool terrace and a spacious en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed, elegant furnishings, and a balcony with panoramic sea views. Its luxurious en-suite bathroom is tiled in granite and features twin washbasins, bath, separate shower, and WC. Two more bedrooms on this floor, one double and one twin (zip & lock), each have en-suite bathrooms and lovely views of the sea or hillside.The lower ground floor includes a utility room with washer, dryer, sink, and storage, plus the fifth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfect for enjoying the views. An outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink complements the shaded dining area with a large table and chairs for alfresco meals. Sunbeds and seating areas surround the 10-meter infinity pool. The garden also features a children’s swing, making it ideal for families.

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
