The “Cyprus Breakfast” brand aims to highlight the social role of the tourism industry, through its support of local communities and small producers, offering at the same time a culinary experience linked to the well-known local gastronomic culture of the island.  This is achieved through the addition of local dishes and products, characterized by their traditionally authentic flavours.  The “Cyprus Breakfast” can be found at hotels bearing this label (breakfast buffet) as well as at local restaurants (breakfast and brunch plate) all across the island.
